With this investment, we are supporting a company that is making a significant contribution to improving healthcare in West Africa. <\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"652\" data-end=\"692\">Why we are investing in Medpharma<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"693\" data-end=\"973\">In Ghana \u2013 as in many African countries \u2013 access to medical care is severely limited. In some regions, a single doctor is responsible for up to 13,000 people. Millions of people lack reliable access to diagnosis, treatment, or medication.  <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"975\" data-end=\"1251\">Medpharma addresses exactly this challenge. The company is developing a digital 360\u00b0 healthcare ecosystem that connects patients, medical professionals, pharmacies, and insurers. Through an app, a web platform, and an AI-powered chatbot, Medpharma enables: <\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1253\" data-end=\"1404\">\n<li data-start=\"1253\" data-end=\"1290\">\n<p data-start=\"1255\" data-end=\"1290\">digital medical consultations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1291\" data-end=\"1309\">\n<p data-start=\"1293\" data-end=\"1309\">AI diagnostics<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1310\" data-end=\"1356\">\n<p data-start=\"1312\" data-end=\"1356\">home delivery of medications<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1357\" data-end=\"1404\">\n<p data-start=\"1359\" data-end=\"1404\">access to health and life insurance<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1406\" data-end=\"1573\">With this approach, Medpharma is creating access to healthcare where it has previously been scarce \u2013 efficiently, at scale, and accessible to broad segments of the population.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-1606\" src=\"https:\/\/fair-equity.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/medp.png\" alt=\"medp\" width=\"1099\" height=\"545\"><\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1575\" data-end=\"1610\">A founder with a clear vision<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1611\" data-end=\"1847\">We are proud to support Stephen Yaw Asamoah, the founder of Medpharma. His commitment to digital, equitable, and affordable healthcare, combined with his strong execution, has fully convinced us. <\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1849\" data-end=\"1886\">A collaborative closing<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1887\" data-end=\"2115\">The pre-seed funding round was successfully completed in partnership with Sahara Impact Ventures.
