Our portfolio companies become more productive, build local value creation, and create jobs. For us, employment alone is not sufficient proof of impact \u2014 what matters is the quality of every direct job. We measure how many of the supported direct jobs provide an income above the poverty line, the minimum wage, and a living wage.
