“Africa is not a continent of crisis, but a continent full of entrepreneurial opportunities.”
In June, fair equity was the cover story of the IHK Osnabrück – Emsland – Grafschaft Bentheim magazine. The article highlights how, as a non-profit organization, we convert donations into equity capital—investing in African startups that create local jobs and generate social impact.

“I’m a passionate entrepreneur and I believe in the power of entrepreneurship to drive social change—not just here, but especially in Africa,” says our co-founder Karsten Wulf. That belief is at the heart of our work: we aim to strengthen entrepreneurial solutions where they offer the greatest leverage for social and economic development.
With strong partners from the region, we aim to invest ten million euros by 2029 and help create over 10,000 jobs. Our model combines entrepreneurial thinking with a commitment to the common good—impact with structure.
